Mais ist die gebr\u00e4uchlichste Quelle, aber auch Weizen, Maniok und sogar Reis k\u00f6nnen je nach Produktionsregion als Substrat verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der gesamte Produktionsprozess nutzt nat\u00fcrliche Enzyme, um lange Ketten von St\u00e4rkemolek\u00fclen in einfache Zuckermolek\u00fcle zu \"zerschneiden\", die dann stark verfeinert und schlie\u00dflich bei hohen Temperaturen kristallisiert werden, um alle Wassermolek\u00fcle zu entfernen. Das Endprodukt ist ein feines wei\u00dfes Pulver, das zu 100 Prozent aus Pflanzen besteht. \"wasserfrei\" zu kennen. Er bedeutet w\u00f6rtlich \"ohne Wasser\". Wenn der enzymatische Prozess die St\u00e4rke in Glukosesirup umwandelt, wird die Fl\u00fcssigkeit einer \u00e4u\u00dferst strengen Raffination unterzogen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren in der Regel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filtration: Entfernt gr\u00fcndlich Pflanzenreste, Eiwei\u00df und Fett.<br>Hochtemperaturkristallisation: Dies ist der entscheidende Wendepunkt. Im Gegensatz zu Glukose-Monohydrat (Dextrose-Monohydrat, dieser Zucker hat ein Wassermolek\u00fcl in seiner Kristallstruktur eingeschlossen) kristallisiert wasserfreie Glukose bei hohen Temperaturen. Hohe Temperaturen verdr\u00e4ngen das Wasser und sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass die endg\u00fcltige Kristallstruktur keine Wassermolek\u00fcle mehr enth\u00e4lt. Das Ergebnis ist ein Endprodukt mit extrem hoher Wirksamkeit und einem viel geringeren Feuchtigkeitsgehalt als andere Zuckerformen.
