Er beruht in erster Linie auf einem Mechanismus, der als \"erleichterte Diffusion\" (Facilitated Diffusion) bezeichnet wird und von einer Gruppe spezialisierter Transporter, den Glukosetransportern (GLUTs), durchgef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt: Da Glukose ein gro\u00dfes und polares Molek\u00fcl ist, kann sie nicht wie Sauerstoff direkt durch die Wand der Lipiddoppelschicht der Zellmembran \"wandern\". Sie muss sich zun\u00e4chst an ein spezifisches GLUT-Protein auf der Zelloberfl\u00e4che binden. Nach der Bindung unterliegt dieses Protein einer Konformations\u00e4nderung (man kann es als physikalische Verformung verstehen), und ohne direkt ATP zu verbrauchen, \"transportiert\" es Glukose entlang des Konzentrationsgradienten in die Membran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt jedoch Ausnahmen, die von den physiologischen Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Organisation abh\u00e4ngen. In Geweben wie dem Darm und der Niere wird Glukose durch sekund\u00e4ren aktiven Transport (unter Verwendung des SGLT-Proteins) aufgenommen, der typisch f\u00fcr einen \"R\u00fcckstau\" ist und durch den Konzentrationsunterschied von Natriumionen angetrieben wird. In Muskel- und Fettzellen wird dieser Prozess vollst\u00e4ndig durch Insulin \"reguliert\" - nur auf Anweisung von Insulin setzt die Zelle den GLUT4-Transporter an der Zellmembran ein, um Glukose aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_Glucose_Cant_Drive_In_For_A_Long_Time\"><\/span>Warum Glukose lange Zeit nicht einfahren kann<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diesen Transportmechanismus zu verstehen, m\u00fcssen wir uns zun\u00e4chst die \"Wand\" - die Zellmembran - ansehen. Die Zellmembran besteht aus einer Lipiddoppelschicht, die im Wesentlichen eine selektive Barriere darstellt. Ihr innerer Kern ist extrem hydrophob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach unserer Analyse der molekularen Eigenschaften will die Glukose von sich aus eindringen und sieht sich zwei harten Verletzungen gegen\u00fcber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/strong>: Als Molek\u00fcl ist es relativ zu gro\u00df.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Polarit\u00e4t<\/strong>: Glukose ist ein polares Molek\u00fcl, d. h. es ist hydrophil, wird aber durch den lipophilen Kern der Zellmembran blockiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund dieser Eigenschaften kann Glukose nicht so leicht durch die Membran diffundieren wie Sauerstoff oder Kohlendioxid. Dieser Prozess ist vollst\u00e4ndig abh\u00e4ngig von der Familie der Glukosetransporter (GLUTs). Man kann sich diese Transporter als spezialisierte Kan\u00e4le oder Vektoren vorstellen, die in die Zellmembran eingebettet sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Arbeitsablauf ist der Logik, die wir bei der Entwicklung von Pr\u00e4zisionsventilen anwenden, sehr \u00e4hnlich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verbindlich<\/strong>: Glukose, die in der extrazellul\u00e4ren Fl\u00fcssigkeit schwimmt, bindet an eine spezifische Stelle auf der Au\u00dfenseite des GLUT-Proteins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Konformit\u00e4ts\u00e4nderung<\/strong>: Nach der Bindung wird das GLUT-Protein sofort \"deformiert\". Es kehrt seine Ausrichtung um - es ist nach au\u00dfen hin geschlossen und nach innen hin offen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Freigabe<\/strong>: Die Glukosemolek\u00fcle werden dann in das Zytoplasma abgegeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passiv<\/strong>: Der entscheidende Punkt ist, dass der Prozess selbst keine direkte Energiezufuhr (ATP) erfordert.
