Choose the Form, Source, and Fiber Grade
Powder or syrup
Choose powder when your operation is set up for dry blending, bag handling, or reconstitution at the plant. Choose syrup when liquid metering and direct addition fit the line better. The listed syrups contain 75.0–75.4% dry matter, so compare them with powders on both an as-supplied and dry-matter basis.
Corn or tapioca
Corn and tapioca identify the starch source of the listed grade. Keep the source consistent with your formulation brief, customer requirements, and supporting documentation. A source statement alone does not establish an organic, allergen-free, gluten-free, or non-GMO claim; request the documents required for the destination market and finished product.
70% or 90% fiber
Use the declared total fiber content to narrow the grade. A 90% grade provides a higher fiber concentration per unit of ingredient than a 70% grade, while the appropriate choice still depends on the recipe, usage rate, sensory target, processing method, and cost on a dry-matter basis.
