Allulose Condensed Milk: Formula, Texture and Safety
Allulose condensed milk refers to a condensed milk substitute containing allulose.
It may contain more than just aloxone sugar
These products may contain milk, fiber, maltodextrin, high-efficiency sweeteners, or other solids. Dissolving allulose in milk cannot be used to assume that the finished product is equivalent to traditional sweetened condensed milk; it should be understood in conjunction with the complete ingredients and the identity of the dairy product.

Sweetness and solids perform different functions
Allulose can completely or partially replace sucrose while providing sweetness, soluble solids, and volume. High-efficiency sweeteners can achieve the target sweetness in small amounts, but cannot replenish the same solids, volume, or viscosity functions on their own.
Texture and refrigeration requirements are determined by the recipe
Allulose affects moisture retention, viscosity, and texture, and dairy products need to be verified separately according to specific formulations. Microbiological and refrigeration requirements for milk-containing condensed products also depend on the complete formulation, water activity, pH, and process; allulose cannot replace heat treatment, hygiene control, or cold chain validation.
