Convert the Fiber Target into a Trial Addition

For either powder, divide the required fiber mass by the guaranteed minimum dry-basis fiber fraction. A target of 10 kg of fiber corresponds to 11.11 kg of ingredient dry matter at 90% or 14.29 kg at 70%. The 70% grade therefore requires about 28.6% more ingredient dry matter for the same nominal fiber contribution.
